26-08: The engine was ready today, so with the help of the JT Crew (gijs, mark, jeroen)
we lowered the engine down back into the chassis and within 3 hours we had it ready to be filled up with fluids and started but it was getting late......damm too late...had to go.
28-08: The final moment had come, last few things....oil, filters, ect..
as the crew returned from thier track day, I was getting ready to turn the key.....
with everyone stnading around all nervous I climbed into the cockpit, all systems checked, a final look at everyone and I turned the key....within 2 turns of the crank, it fired up with a massive roar (only the down pipes connected)......Success!!!!!

Not having the radiator connected I shut it down after a couple of seconds, with a big smile I climbed out to be congratulated by the crew.....thanks guys!!
29-08: leaving in a minute to Jeroetjes......time to finish the last few things and go for a slow gentle run just to make sure all the sensors are working correctly....
It,s a good feeling when you turn on the key of your new motor
